"But you can fight, and you are prepared for the desert. We will take a thopter, but we'll have to leave it." Mapes said finally. Then the controls lit up in all rooms to indicate the need to strap in for landing. She re-caged the bat and followed the instructions.

Bomilcar nods to Mapes and then does likewise, holding the latest bit of bread in his mouth as he straps in. While waiting for landing he finishes the food, smiling at Cuyler.

"Delicious."

"Full of energy." Cuyler said from where she was strapped in.

He smiles at Cuyler as the ship is making it's descent. "Keep us energized? What about excess. Need exercise or get fat."

After they had landed, rather smoothly, Mapes unstrapped and lifted herself up from the seat. "It's better the Harkonnen don't see me at all."
