Reunions [EE, Day 9]

[Cuyler Gray]

They had finally returned from scouting Orgiz. Cuyler was tired and dehydrated. Her instinct was to return to the frigate and rest, but she wanted to see the Cave of Birds and find the others.

[Bomilcar Thorvald]

Bom was with her. He would have suggested rest, but he was pushing himself too.

[Dorian Drake]

Dorian watched the much anticipated return of the thopter carrying the auditors who had gone to scout the location of Orgiz. It all came down to what they had found. If they were successful, it would make this detour worthwhile. If they found the site still abandoned, they had some time to search other locations... but it would not bode well for the outcome of the audit.

[Cuyler Gray]

"Dorian." she managed a smile. "We found it. We couldn't get close enough to prove it's the Harkkonen, but Orgiz has definitely been rebuilt and is very active."

[Bomilcar Thorvald]

Bom nodded his agreement. "Very busy there."

[Ahmina]

Ahmina was not far, watching, listening. Perhaps she did not make as much as an effort to remain unseen as she could have...who knows?

[Dorian Drake]

A smile spread across Dorian's face, "This is very good news." He turns in Ahmina's direction, "And you, Edwell told me but I almost couldn't believe him. You managed not only to survive but you also beat us here. I am quickly learning it is impossible not to underestimate you Fremen." He emphasizes his declaration by gesturing to the sietch, referring to the large number of Fremen gathered there.

[Cuyler Gray]

"Security is very high out there and, while they didn't find us, I doubt we escaped detection." Cuyler added. "They've invested a lot in that operation, though. It's not going anywhere."

[Bomilcar Thorvald]

"Up in flames maybe," he says, noting that it wouldn't be the first time they did something like that. "Need act soon."

[Ahmina]

Whatever positive connotation Dorian's words were meant to carry did not seem to impact Ahmina demeanor. She might not be visibly hostile to the auditors present like some of the other fremen in the sietch but her stare was cold.

She was not left unaffected by the general mood in the cave, it seems.

''We are Fremen, sahid, we survive'' came as a reply before she listened to the other's assesment.
