As the Makers would have it the nearest servant to answer the call was Ahmina. She would have preferred not to interact with the guests directly but she did not have a choice since the witch Fenrig seemed to suspicious of her.

''You called, sahid?''

Ahmina could immediately tell that wasn't a Fremen stillsuit, but one made in the Graben by some mass manufacturer. Not as shabby as the economy option for the pyons, this one seemed custom-made, on special request, with better materials, but there was a clear lack of true desert awareness in design and detail. Something a miner would wear: without skilful modification - just good enough.

"Thank you, can you explain what this is, and how to put it on?"

Ahmina tilted her head slightly...almost thinking someone was pranking her

But he was an outworlder

''This...is a stillsuit, sahid. One of the things you will need to use in order to survive in the desert.'' she approached and flipped the thing over trying to decipher this particular suit before opening the front end.

''You open it this way...in addition to the body suit you need to wear the breathing mask, the nostril plugs...gloves and take care of the catch pockets.''

He frowns slightly, "I brought a Jubba cloak, I assume that is not enough then? Would they work well together? I guess I should learn how to put this on properly, if you could show me? "

''Jubba cloak? No...not nearly enough. You have not experienced true heat yet.'' how to wear one...that was tricky ''I am not sure you are aware of what you are asking but I will try.''

She opened it further

''When you wear one...you wear only it. Your skin needs to be in contact with the first layer to absorb the sweat.'' She then points to two things near the crotch ''These are to reclaim the water of your urine and feces. It might not be comfortable to try it on the first time.''

He ahhhs slightly, "Perhaps I should step into the wardrobe and try it myself, and then you can correct me on what I might have done incorrectly?"

''I will help on some points...sahid will have to figure out some of the rest himself'' she replied on the best neutral tone she could muster

The rest of the sietch would laugh at this situation when she would retell it

He removes his jacket and cloak, leaving them on the bed, and then steps into the closet with the still suit. He calls out from within "Will the Jubba Cloak at least help as an extra layer of protection on top of the suit?"

''Against the heat? It will sahid, without a doubt'' she answered truthfully but kept to herself her opinion on how visible the cloak was.

He steps out after a few moments, having strapped the still suit on as well as he could, being a novice in wearing one as he was there were likely some mistakes.

Ahmina circled the man critically to appraise his situation.

''First thing to get right is the head covering, sahid. Your face is the mist exposed place and one that will sweat profusely...it needs to be well adjusted.''

She demonstrated by resizing it

"Thank you, " He pauses, "you use the term Sahid, is that a local honorific? Is there one I should be using when talking to you?"

''Sahid is...like...hum...the word 'sir'...or close enough'' she explained ''But I am a servant, sahid, I have no honorifics...I am simply Ahmina''
