The Streets or The Sook if they seek interaction with the populace [key Communicate and Discipline];
The Outskirts if they want to investigate the aftermath of the explosion [key Understand and Discipline, Groundcar needed];
The Imperial Basin if they want to try a wider patrol within their allowed scope [key Move and Discipline, Thopter needed].
Those will have Event status that can grant discoveries and Game Momentum.
